Legitimation
The legal basis for processing data, for all purposes, is based on your individual consent for each purpose.

In any case, it should be borne in mind that in the case of requests and queries, if these have not been handled when consent is withdrawn, it will be impossible to respond to them.
Target

Rights
We guarantee the full exercise of your rights by sending an e-mail to administracion@laselva.coop or by ordinary mail to the address given in the section on Information from the Data Controller. In this communication we will need you to provide us with your name and surname and a copy of your ID card to guarantee your identity and to indicate your request in a simple and specific manner.
For purely informative purposes, and therefore does not replace those that correspond to you by law, we provide you with an indicative description of your rights:
- Obtain clear and transparent information on how your data is processed, as well as access to information on the purpose, categories of data, recipients, storage periods, the exercise of the right to rectify, delete, limit or oppose the processing and to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, as well as to know the origin of the data and whether there are automated decisions, including profiling.
- Request the rectification of data that are inaccurate or incomplete for the purpose of processing.
- Request the erasure of the data once the processing has been completed or your consent has been withdrawn, among other reasons. Please note that there may be reasons why data cannot be deleted, for example, if there is a legal obligation to retain the data.

In addition to the exercise of these rights, you have the right to protection by the supervisory authority so that if you consider it necessary, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Data source
We will only have and use the data that you have provided directly on the relevant form with the sole exception of the recording of your IP address. This latter data will only be used as proof of your request, if applicable, and will therefore also be linked to the corresponding purpose, including the retention period.
